Call for Papers – MJUR Fall 2022 Conference Proceedings Issue

Submission Deadline: March 30th, 2022

All conference presenters are invited to submit full manuscripts of their projects for publication consideration in the fall 2022 Midwest Journal of Undergraduate Research (MJUR) special “conference proceedings” issue. Submission to this issue is limited to Conference of Undergraduate Research and Scholarship participants only. It is expected that 8 to 12 manuscripts will be selected for publication in a double-blind review process by faculty in the relevant disciplines.

The journal is published in hard copy and electronically. You are invited to visit the journal website to view the contents of past MJUR issues.

Manuscript Submission Guidelines
  • Abstract of no more than 200 words
  • Page length: 5-35, double-spaced, paginated, 12pt Times New Roman or Calibri font
  • Submit as a single Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) file, unless the text of your manuscript requires different formatting (such as extensive mathematical notation, tables, or figures)
  • If your manuscript includes figures or images, include a list of figures and identify the file format (e.g., JPEG, TIFF, PDF) of any graphics and images submitted
  • MLA, APA, or Chicago citation and format style

Accompanying your submission, please include the following:

  • Name
  • School/graduating class
  • Major
  • Discipline of paper
  • Citation style used
  • Phone
  • Email address
  • Mailing address
  • Name/phone/email address of faculty mentor

Please Note: Research involving human subjects requires documentation of institutional review board approval or exemption.

Manuscripts published or accepted for publication elsewhere, or under review with another publication, are not eligible for review or publication in this issue.
